I spend 50% of my time as an Offshore Fluids Engineer and the other 50% representing diversity in STEM. I have worked for a large energy services company for 6 years as an international engineer and love the fast-paced, long days and travel that come with working in remote locations. My passion for connecting with young people and engaging in career path options has led me to create my own organisation, Mentor Mindset. I also have experience with building apps for my employer to strengthen corporate identity within our 30,000 people team.
